The bed was a good size.
The room was quite hot. I needed to open the window. I could smell someone smoking weed outside, and it came straight into my room. It felt unhygienic, and the bathroom needed work.

i found the staff very friendly and kind. a young girl on duty helped me to carry my bags UP the stairs. the room felt fresh and new.
the room was REALLY badly designed , and the bed was very close to the wall. the person who slept on that side could not get out of bed without banging their ankles.

The staff were very patient. They assisted me when I had trouble locking my door. The staff provided a do not disturb sign upon request. The cozy executive lounge featured hot water, coffee, tea, and biscuits. The sofas provided comfort and the garden offered a nice view.
The shower operation was difficult. There was no explanation.
